(1) The following general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order. 7) Binding dispatch of the order by clicking the button "order with costs" or "buy"<\/p>

Dabei beginnt die Frist fu\u0308r die Lieferung im Falle der Zahlung per Vorkasse am Tag nach Zahlungsauftrag an die mit der U\u0308berweisung beauftragte Bank und bei allen anderen Zahlungsarten am Tag nach Vertragsschluss zu laufen. (3) Grunds\u00e4tzlich erfolgt der Versand nur vollst\u00e4ndiger Bestellungen. Teillieferungen erfolgen nur nach ausdr\u00fccklicher Vereinbarung.<\/p>

(4) Die Gefahr des zufa\u0308lligen Untergangs und der zufa\u0308lligen Verschlechterung der verkauften Sache geht auch beim Versendungskauf erst mit der U\u0308bergabe der Sache an den Ka\u0308ufer auf diesen u\u0308ber.<\/p>

Consequences of revocation<\/h4>

If you revoke this contract, we have paid you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. \u00a78 Gewa\u0308hrleistung und Reklamation<\/h3>

(2) F\u00fcr personalisiert bedruckte oder beflockte Artikel<\/strong> gilt eine besondere Reklamationsfrist von 3 Wochen ab Erhalt<\/strong>, sofern die Waschanleitung eingehalten wurde und die Artikel nicht unsachgem\u00e4\u00df behandelt oder ver\u00e4ndert wurden.<\/p>
